There are often times in our lives where we feel we need someone to talk to, in a space where we won’t be judged and are able to talk through how we are dealing with our challenges. Counselling and therapy offer just that – an opportunity to work through whatever is happening for us, while not being judged or offered advice.
As a therapist, I believe all clients possess the skill and strength to move through the difficulties they may be experiencing. It is my role to accompany a client as they explore how they feel, providing a balance of support and interpretation. My integrative training means that I focus on individual need and will always be flexible in my approach.
My therapy sessions lasts 50 minutes, and offer a client a comfortable space to say how they really feel. Sessions are treated with confidentiality and I adhere to the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) ethical guidelines.
I believe the relationship between client and therapist is key to making progress, and will always work with the client to ensure they feel safe in the relationship. Choosing a therapist can be a daunting process, but if you have any questions or would like to arrange a consultation, please do get in touch.
